To celebrate Mexican Independence Day on the 16th of September, we’d like to share some tequila cocktail recipes for you to try at home.
Reposado Paloma Flip Recipe
Ingredients:
• 60mL Cazcabel Reposado Tequila
• 30mL Grapefruit Juice
• 30mL Sugar syrup
• 15mL lime juice
• 1 egg
• 1 dash of grapefruit or aromatic bitters
Method:
Double shake the ingredients and strain into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with an orange peel.
Serve in a Rocks Glass.
