These Peanut Butter and Hazelnut Christmas Trees are a great summer treat, without the big sugar hit. Your kids might enjoy making these over the holidays. This recipe was created by dietition, Susie Burrell.
Peanut Butter and Hazelnut Christmas Trees Recipe
Time: 30 minutes
2 x 400ml coconut milk
¼ cup Mayver’s Super Peanut Butter + 1 tbsp. for drizzle
¼ cup Mayver’s Cacao and Hazelnut Spread + 1 tbsp. for drizzle
½ cup honey
- Blend 1 can coconut milk with Mayver’s Peanut Butter and ½ the honey. And the other can of coconut milk with Mayver’s Cacao & Hazelnut Spread and other ½ of the honey. Pour into ice-cream moulds and let set in freezer.
- Once set, drizzle with peanut butter or cacao spread before enjoying.
