Long Road Bistro is located inside the Fortitude Brewing Co complex at Tambourine Mountain. The space is modern and open making perfect for families and functions.
The bistro serves tempting breakfasts like smashed avo, zucchini fritters, local scrambled eggs, eggs benny, and breaky burgers. The bistro breakfast is packed with streaky bacon, pork sausage, roast tomato, hash browns, eggs and toast.
You can graze on bruschetta, a cheese board of locally produced cheese or a farmer’s board for two with pickles, confit lamb terrine, cold meats, aged cheddar, olives, grilled veggies, piccalilli and house-made herb damper.
We were both tempted to try the burgers on the special menu and enjoyed them thoroughly. Other main meal options include Fortitude Beer Battered fish and chips, Bangalow pork sausages and mash and a Sunday roast with the works including a Yorky pudding.
Long Road Bistro is fully licenced and serves Grinders coffee.
There is live music every Friday to Sunday sometimes with local talent.
The bistro the perfect place to watch all the big games which are telecast by Foxtel.
It’s set on a picturesque 4 and a half acre property so you can enjoy a game of giant ganga, bocci or croque afterwards. The bistro can cater for birthdays, engagement parties, corporate events, weddings and bus tours.
