Iris is Mediterranean-inspired rooftop bar and restaurant in Fortitude Valley. Enjoy views over the Brisbane city to the skyline.

Ghanem Group Executive Chef, Jake Nicolson, said, “In true Mediterranean style, our Head Chef Lloyd Evans and I crafted a menu that connects diners over delicious share-plates in a casual, yet high-quality dining experience.”

The menu features a range of dishes ideal for sharing, with flavours inspired from travelling along the Mediterranean coast from Beirut to Barcelona.

Highlights from the Iris menu include:

  • BBQ Pork rib pinchos with macadamia honey glaze, red claw crayfish tails with guanciale & smoked chorizo butter
  • Red claw crayfish tails with guanciale and smoked chorizo butter
  • Heritage tomatoes with migas bread, stracciatella and sumac dressing
  • Dressed crab on grilled baby gem with avocado mojo verde and smoked salmon roe

Iris features a roof top bar, a restaurant space (sitting up to 200 people), a boutique private dining room, exclusive bungalows and a poolside space.

Open 7 days from 11 am until late
