The menu features a range of dishes ideal for sharing, with flavours inspired from travelling along the Mediterranean coast from Beirut to Barcelona.
Highlights from the Iris menu include:
- BBQ Pork rib pinchos with macadamia honey glaze, red claw crayfish tails with guanciale & smoked chorizo butter

Iris features a roof top bar, a restaurant space (sitting up to 200 people), a boutique private dining room, exclusive bungalows and a poolside space.
