Day Made is an ultra-modern café in Woollongabba serving beverages with Coffee Supreme beans. Coffee Supreme originate from New Zealand where they are known for their boutique coffee roasting operation.
They serve breakfast and lunch and nibbles for anytime snacks. They stock a great range of freshly baked goodies like doughnuts, slices and cakes.
Be tempted by dishes such as three cheese toasties (with house-made butter pickles), polenta cake on cauliflower puree, poached true free-range eggs with hazelnut crumb, pickled mushrooms, fresh garden peas or steel cut oat porridge with smoke maple syrup, figs, flowers and seeds.
This is the place for coffee lovers with single origin, batch brew, pour-over, Aeropress and gold filter coffee with optional Maleny Dairies milk. If you ask you might be able to get a tasting card explaining your Coffee Supreme coffee bean. The single origin is rotated weekly.
Alternatively, you can drink tea by West End Tea Co, cold pressed juices and soft drink by BNE soda.
There is also a retail section stocked with Coffee Supreme beans, Chemex, cups, chilli peanuts, Bee One Third honey and other locally produced items. Day Made hold regular cupping sessions and speciality events.
