Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania starts off with Super-Hero Scott Lang basking in the after-glow of saving the world and writing a book.
We’re introduced to a new range of characters and weird environments. In parts, the film reminded me of Star Wars or the multiverse from Doctor Strange.
I liked the father-daughter relationship. Hope’s parents Janet van Dyne (Michelle Pfeiffer) and Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) are fun, and they share some light-hearted moments.
But then baddie Kang the Conqueror enters the scene.
The film kind of lost me during the ant stack on. I felt like I’d had a power nap and was a bit confused about where each team was, and who was saving who.
Quantumania is action-packed and entertaining but it’s a rocky ending.
