The Doughnut Bar: Hamilton

If you like doughnuts then The Doughnut Bar will be a must-try food truck. The doughnuts are handmade and baked fresh daily in Brisbane.

The Doughnut Bar serves cronuts. A cronut is a cross between a croissant and a doughnut. Each cronut takes 3 days to make, resulting in 64 layers of pastry that’s soft on the inside and crispy on the outside.

The dessert menu constantly changes. I was tempted by the iconic Australian doughnuts, think chocolate (Tim Tam) and ice cream (Gaytime) flavours. The doughnut I tried was huge. I would recommend sharing on with a friend or taking it back to the workplace. It’s a big sugar hit.

The Doughnut Bar

Spreading sweet rings of happiness. Find us at the fab Eat Street Northshore in KombiAlley under the Mirror Ball.

The Doughnut Bar can be found out and about:

Eat Street Markets Northshore, Macarthur Ave, Hamilton, QLD 4007

Look out for the Doughnut Bar for your next sweet treat.
