Temple Thai Milton has a warm dark wood décor and is located on the corner of Park Road and Gordon Street. The restaurant is popular with local workers with an affordable lunch special menu.
I enjoyed my generous serving of sweet and sour pork stir-fry. My dining partner tucked into his filling Laksa noodle soup from the specials menu.
The menu is huge and covers authentic soups, curries, stir fries, salads, noodles and rice dishes. Some of the items have a handy chilli rating. There is a dedicated kid’s menu.
Temple Thai Milton is licenced with a good range of beer on tap and bottled, wine by the glass or bottle, cocktails and spirits.
There is a large courtyard garden area out the back. The Tuk Tuk bar can be found here via the side entrance making an ideal stop for pre-dinner drinks. They also accept bookings for functions.
There are gluten-free and vegetarian options available.
Takeaway is available on a separate menu, including via Foodora and UberEats.
