The Super Fast Diet book was written by Victoria Black and Gen Davidson about their recommended way to eat, drink and lose weight. The secret is using intermittent fasting, with an online fasting program.

The book has a modern design and layout. It feels heavy in my hand, so you might like to wait for the hardcover version.
The first half of the book cover the following chapters: Welcome, The Science behind the Super Fast Diet, starting out, super foods. The second half of the book is devoted to recipes. The recipe section is divided into Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Dessert. It is followed by more chapters on References, Conversion Chart, Acknowledgements and Index.
Be tempted by recipes like: Banana choc-chip loaf, Chicken and chickpea curry, Beef and broccolini stir-fry, Greek lamb and feta salad, Orange poppy-seed cakes. The beef ratatouille lasagne sounds divine. I’d probably add a drizzle or two of olive oil on some of the recipes.
There is a handy icon bar underneath the recipe title, that shows how many serving sizes, preparation times, cooking times, calories per serve, and special dietary requirements.
