Spring and Grove sparking water review

4 August 2017 by brisbanista Leave a Comment

Spring and Grove are an innovative sparkling water with a range of different fruit essences to suit all palates. The best thing about this drink is that it has zero calories and no artificial sweeteners.

It is based on carbonated 100% Australian water from underground springs in Daylesford Victoria. The range comes in 6 different delicious flavours:

  • Pineapple and strawberry
  • Cucumber Lime
  • Apple Kiwi
  • Pink Grapefruit
  • Coconut Raspberry
  • Watermelon Lime

I like to drink these alone as a refreshing alternative to soft drink or water. They go well with a tipple of gin, vodka, Pimms or Aperol as a rewarding way to kick-start the weekend.

The flavours are based on natural extracts and essences, so there’s no need to worry about any of the regular nasties or the over sweetness of Stevia. They are perfect for anyone watching their weight or to give to children.

My favourite two were coconut raspberry followed by pineapple strawberry as a well-balanced combination of flavours. Pink grapefruit has just the right amount of citrus and would be good as a punch base. Watermelon lime reminds me of a hot summer’s day.spring and grove

Karen Foelz, founder of Spring and Grove says “It tastes just like you added a few pieces of your favourite fruit to a glass of sparkling water and best of all, Spring & Grove is ZERO calories.”

You can purchase bottles from the Spring and Grove website.
