Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream Recipe
1 frozen banana
A handful (100g) cooked frozen pumpkin
1/2 cup Califia Farms Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
2 tbsp vanilla plant protein
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tbsp peanut butter
2-3 chopped pitted dates
A few walnuts, for topping!!
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth, thick and creamy. Scoop
into a bowl or glass and serve with chopped walnuts on top.
