Nightmare on Brookie’s Street Recipe
Ingredients:
- 45ml Brookie’s Dry Gin
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Pineapple Juice
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- 1x Dash Cardamom Bitters
- 10ml Aquafaba or Egg White
- 30ml Brookie’s Slow Gin (pour on top)
Method
- Shake with ice and double strain into glass.
- Pour Brookie’s Slow Gin on top.
