Nightmare on Brookie’s Street Recipe

Nightmare on Brookie's Street

A Halloween-themed cocktail by the award-winning Cape Byron Distillery. The recipe features their iconic Brookie’s Dry Gin and Brookie’s Slow Gin.

The distillery is located on a 95-acre macadamia farm and subtropical rainforest in Byron Bay. It keeps true to the traditions and art of distillation, while proudly showcasing unique Australian botanicals in its products.  

Nightmare on Brookie’s Street Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 45ml Brookie’s Dry Gin
  • 20ml Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Pineapple Juice
  • 10ml Sugar Syrup
  • 1x Dash Cardamom Bitters
  • 10ml Aquafaba or Egg White
  • 30ml Brookie’s Slow Gin (pour on top)

Method

  1. Shake with ice and double strain into glass.
  2. Pour Brookie’s Slow Gin on top.

Glass: Old Fashioned
