Think avocado on gourmet toast, eggs your way with extras, brunch bun, acai bowls, and brioche benedict. The breads and buns are all baked daily in-house.
The city venue has pre-made salads to impress. While Newstead and Camp Hill have a more extensive menu with hotcakes, coconut kefir smoothie bowl, miso-glazed salmon, southern fried chicken burger, kimchi cheeseburger or a panko mushroom burgers.
All of their supernatural shakes are 100% vegan and made with fresh nut milks (think macadamia) and organic protein from Amazonia. The coffees are based on Reuben Hills beans. Be tempted by Heirloom hot chocolate, Maya Tea organic loose leaf, cold-pressed juices, kombucha and turmeric coconut latte.
Nodo caters for dietary needs like vegetarian, vegan and dairy-free.
Their website has an online shop where you can buy silicone donut baking trays, gluten-free self-raising flour, blueberry granola, branded Frank Green reusable cups, Happy Birthday acrylic cake topper and thin gold luxe candles.
If you are regular, you might like to try ordering via their Nodo app.
Highly recommended for donuts.
About Nodo
In 2014 Kate Williams lovingly launched Nodo (pronounced “no-dough”) to spread happiness through beautiful baked goods that combine artisan methods and naturally gluten-free ingredients.
Nodo is renowned for their gluten-free, ‘baked not fried’ donuts and has grown into an institution amongst people with the very same healthy obsession for wholesome food.
Our Creative Director Rhys Crowley has embraced “the nodo way” to create a brunch menu that is not only wholesome but also a unique experience. Our menu is seasonal, completely gluten-free and collaborates with our bakery on many of our menu items to showcase our range of breads and baked goods.
We have a passion for gluten-free flavour and texture perfection that everyone loves. All our baked goods are artisan-made, the old fashioned way, without the gluten. We have a relentless pursuit to make it so good, you don’t realise there’s no gluten. Our baked goods a baked fresh daily and available until sold out. We recommend pre-ordering or getting in early to avoid disappointment.
