Coffee Anthology was my hands-down favourite place to get my morning caffeine hit when I was working in the city near the river bend.
This café is owned by Adam and his wife WaiYee. The décor is modern and you can sit inside or outside under cover. You can watch the baristas at the bar.
The blackboard shows the coffee beans blends and single origins on offer. It’s the perfect place for coffee fans with cold drip and different brew techniques. I like the free sparkling water – it’s a nice welcoming gesture.
The café serves breakfast and lunch. Breakfast options include ‘maximillian’ bircher, coconut and cardamom panna cotta, match green tea waffle, eggs Benedict and more. On the lunch menu were bagels, smokey bbq pulled pork, beef and cheese burger, confit salmon and braised lamb and rosemary pot pie.
Anthology: a collection of literary works chosen by the compiler. It may be a collection of poems, short stories, plays, songs, or excerpts. In this case coffee: let us bring you our collections
Coffee Anthology uses sustainable ingredients and produce from local suppliers. The milk is supplied by Cooloola Milk and Maleny Dairies, free range eggs by The Egg Man, the bread from Crust & Co artisan bakery, vegetables by Jensen’s Market Supplies and meat by Petersen’s Quality Meats.
Highly recommended.
