The Sustainable Diet by Scott Gooding – Book Review

8 February 2020 by Lucy Franklin Leave a Comment

The Sustainable Diet by Scott Gooding is an essential guide to eating in a way that is good for you and the planet.

There are over 100 delicious recipes, which are naturally low in carbs and high in nutrient-dense foods. Think ingredients that have been farmed with a minimal impact on the environment.

The first part of the book is dedicated to understanding sustainability with ten strategies for success. He talks about veganism, keto, daily rhythms, factory farming and eating animal products.

The second part of the book covers recipes divided into breakfast, lunch, dinner, sides, and sauces, dips and drinks.

The Sustainable Diet argues for eating in a more ethical way.
