I’ve never been a big drinker, so I was keen to create a bar cart for non-drinkers or anyone that’s sober curious. I wanted a bar area filled with items to create enticing mocktails and alternative drinks so I didn’t feel like I was missing out.

Sober Ingredients
Depending on what you like to drink, it’s always handy to have some soda water, lemonade, ginger beer and tonic water in stock. It’s also good to have some garnishes ready, like fresh or frozen lemon, limes and berries, and a spring of mint.
Wisdom Foods stocks sugar-free syrups in a great range of flavours like dark chocolate espresso, cherry, cotton candy, mojito, unicorn, pina colada, coconut, bellini, margarita and more. Perfect to add some flavour to your coffee, milkshakes or mocktails.
Sober Glassware
You can snazz up your mocktails and non-alcoholic drinks with fancy glasses. I like to use dedicated margarita and pina colada glasses. I’m keen to add some pineapple glasses and start up a collection of Geek Tiki mugs.
I do have a set of martini glasses, but they are delicate and I’m always worried about breaking them when washing up and storing them.
