Drinkmate OmniFizz is able to carbonate any beverage from tea, juice, sports drinks, and even wine and cocktails.

SodaStream is one of the big players in the carbonation market. However, SodaStream is only able to carbonate water.

Drinkmate is a beverage carbonation system. You can carbonate wine, juice and other beverages. The machine is suitable for sitting on your kitchen counter at home.

The box contains a Drinkmate machine, 1 BPA-free 1-litre reusable carbonating bottle, and a Fizz Infuser.

What can Drinkmate carbonate?

Drinkmate can carbonate water, wine and other single-ingredient drinks. You can create recipes for hard seltzer, mimosa, iced tea highball, cucumber-infused sparkler, citrus cooler, cold brew coffee and more.

You can carbonate your favourite liquids to create cocktails and mocktails. Think water, cocktails, juice, wine, cold tea, cold coffee and soda. The machine lets you re-carbonate flat drinks.

How to Use Drinkmate OmniFizz

The machine is easy to use and simple. Here are the steps to use the Drinkmate:

• Load CO2 cylinder
• Fill the bottle with any cold beverage
• Push the button to carbonate
• Release pressure and enjoy your drink

The machine features a proprietary Fizz Infuser Technology. You can add a large dose of carbon per press. It’s one of the most powerful machines on the market.

One CO2 cylinder makes up to 60 litres.

Pros

Cons

• It is quite different to SodaStream. You may need to use short carbonation bursts to get a pleasant bubble ratio.

You can use Australian threaded 60L CO2 carbonator cylinders from Soda King or SodaStream (these are not included – please purchase from major retailers).

Drinkmate OmniFizz is available in matt black, royal red, classic white and arctic blue.

We have a couple of spare bottles in the fridge, so they are ready to fizz when needed. It’s great in summer when you want to drink cool something besides water.
