Crofter’s Organic Jam – Review

8 September 2017 by brisbanista Leave a Comment

Crofter’s Organic Jam range has landed in Australia with six amazing fruity flavours and no guilt. The jams have no refined sugar and are sweetened with white grape fruit juice concentrate instead.

The raspberry flavoured one was super delicious with just the right amount of sweetness. The sugar content is a massive 30% less than the standard fruit jam. This jam contains only organic grape juice, organic raspberries, apple pectin, vitamin c and citric acid.

There are six different varieties to try – wild blueberry, apricot, strawberry, Seville orange, superfruit and raspberry. The superfruit spread is based on raspberries, yumberries, Morello cherries and red grapes. Yumberries are native to East Asia where they are known as yang-mei in Chinese.

The Crofter’s range is minimally processed with products sustainable sourced and transported. The jam is so popular they produce 75 million jars every year.

The jam is perfect for making jam drops, biscuits, tarts, marinades and more. Head to the Crofter’s website for inspiring recipes.

All of the jams are gluten free, non-GMO and certified organic.

Crofter’s Jam can be bought in Australia from Unique Health Products website.
