Treat your loved one with a tasty cocktail from Cointreau. This Valentine’s Day Cointreau has created two cocktails that you can make at home to spoil your Valentine or Galentine! Choose from the Cointreau Rosebud Fizz, garnished with a real rose or perhaps the refreshing Cointreau Raspberry Fizz with raspberry puree topped with soda.
Cointreau Rosebud Fizz
Ingredients
30mL Cointreau
20mL Basil & Grapefruit Shrub
30mL of Cherry Juice
60mL Elderflower Tonic
Method
- Chill your glass with ice cubes. Add ingredients and ice into the shaker and shake well. Pour the cocktail into your glass with a filter & top with tonic. Garnish with a Rose.
Cointreau Raspberry Fizz
Ingredients
30mL Cointreau
10mL fresh lime juice
20mL raspberry puree
5 raspberries
Soda water
Method
- Fill the glass with ice cubes. Add Cointreau, lime juice and raspberry puree. Top off with soda water and stir well. Garnish with raspberries.
