Bou’s for Men Barber Shop – Hamilton

Bou’s for Man has expanded their flagship barber shop at Portside Wharf shop in Hamilton.

The popular Hamilton store has doubled in size to add space for a dedicated coffee and food station. The new section will feature an extensive retail area stocking all of their regular products, plus gift items like leather wallets and goods.

Bou’s for Men is owned by veteran barber Simon Bou-Samra, who wanted to bring the one-stop barber shop concept to Brisbane.

“…we have found that guys rarely have the opportunity to spoil themselves when it comes to grooming. Some men don’t feel comfortable about going to a day spa to treat themselves, but are more than happy to kick back and relax here.”

Bou’s customers can relax with a dedicated area for hot towel shaves. They offer the traditional barbershop experience with quality haircuts, wet shave treatments, cut-throat razor lather shaves and men’s grooming services.

Customers can enjoy a Bacano Coffee Roasters coffee (with beans sourced from Colombia) in store or as a takeaway. The shop will also offer gourmet sandwiches, pastries, salads and home-made sweets. The food will be prepared by the chef from nearby Atalanta, so you can expect authentic Mediterranean flavours.

Simon also owns the Atalanta restaurant so he was confident the two businesses could be combined into an exclusive one-stop barber shop.

After your visit, you can purchase a men’s fragrance, cologne, and the finest grooming products from overseas, including Trufit and Hill, GEO F.Trumper, Taylor of Old Bond Street and American Crew. The retail area stocks shaving creams, shaving soaps, aftershave balms, shaving oils, razors, leather journals, feather quails, manicure sets, shower gels, shampoos, and conditioners, with many different kinds of styling products and pomades.

If you are ready for a trim or to remove the winter beard, Bou’s for Men is the place to go.

Open 6 days.

Bou’s for Men is also located in Toowoomba, Logan, and Brisbane.
