Botero House: Brisbane CBD

Botero House is a specialty coffee roaster, café and bar located on Adelaide Street, in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD.

If you’re after a takeaway coffee then place your order at the counter. The coffee is roasted in the beautiful Clarence Valley in Northern NSW and ethically sourced. There are a number of blends and a bean of the week. Look out for the single origin batch brews, pour overs, cold brew and cold drip.

There are more tables up on the second floor and that’s where we enjoyed our lunch. The menu showcases the best of modern Australian cuisine, with their dishes featuring many local and seasonal produce.

The breakfast menu includes customer favourites like Botero Benedict poached eggs, curried scrambled eggs with a pork and fennel sausage, avocado on toast, and house made granola bowl. You can easily customize your meal with ample sides like free range bacon, smoked salmon, extra toast or grilled halloumi.

For lunch be tempted by Caesar salad, hot bowl and pumpkin gnocchi. My dining companion enjoyed her mushroom orecchiette, made with Nonna Isle pasta and topped with truffled mascarpone sauce. I enjoyed a special of the day with fettucine carbonara. The seasonal menu rotates weekly.

I’m keen to try the chicken katsu sando or the crab lasagna next time. There are some vegan and gluten-free options.

If you’re after sandwiches then consider Reuben, salmon bagel, BLT, chicken tandoori, vegetarian. There is also a popular breakfast wrap, spicy breakfast slider and a classic ham and cheese croissant.

The bar menu includes espresso martini, cold brew negroni, whisky brew, coffee in Jamaica, Vodcap, Rum and Tonic, Laide in Russia, and ample beer and wine options.

Botero House offers catering and board room sandwiches (with more than 24 hours’ notice).

To arrange quick ordering and pick up, track your membership offers, pay ahead or order to your table, download the Botero House App through the App Store and Google Play.

Open Monday to Friday 6:15 am – 3:00 pm
Saturdays for Silk Road Degustation only
