Bradley Davids and Lee Huckstep have been appointed to lead the kitchen team at Blowfish Ocean Grill + Bar in Broadbeach.
Owner Steven Adams said, “We are tremendously proud to present both Brad and Leigh with the opportunity to be joint Head Chefs at BLOWFISH Ocean Grill + Bar. We interviewed several candidates for this position but felt we needed not one, but two chefs in this role to launch the restaurant. Together these guys have the talent to bring our unique menu to life.”

The highlights from the menu are:
- Freshly caught seafood and specialty dishes
- Oysters from selected leases including Stradbroke Island
- Blowfish Posh Fish + chips
- Eastern Rock Lobster Coffs Harbour
- Soft Shell Moreton Bay Bugs from Northern NSW
- a whole Sole deboned tableside

There will be a selection of local and international caviar.

One of the unique features of the restaurant is the private dining space. The Ripple Room is located on the upper floor. In contrast to the sea green, pearly white and sun-bleached timber that adorns the downstairs area, the design of The Ripple Room embraces the darker colours of the ocean depths, and the qualities of iridescent fish scales.

It is the sister Restaurant of Moo Moo the Wine Bar + Grill Gold Coast.
