Valentine’s Day – Jurassic World by Brickman® – Queensland Museum
Invite your best friend or fellow LEGO® brick lovers for after-hours entry to Jurassic World by Brickman® from 5 pm on Wednesday 14 February for Valentine’s Day. Visit the pop-up bar and then explore all 6 million LEGO® bricks during adult-friendly opening hours.
Choose an evening entry session between 5 pm and 6:20 pm for entry to Jurassic World by Brickman®. All other areas of Queensland Museum Kurilpa close at the usual time of 5 pm.
This event has limited capacity. Bookings essential. Our events are cashless, EFTPOS only. Please note that food and drink are not permitted to be consumed within the exhibition.

After Dark – Queensland Museum
Do you think Valentine’s Day is overrated? Then check out the After Dark program, which is happening on Friday 9 February – an exclusive adult-only museum-wide event to let your inner child come out (without the children around to ruin the vibe). Explore the museum, including Jurassic World by Brickman and grab a bite to eat or a drink, while soaking up the atmosphere including a DJ, bingo, photo opportunities and expert talks.

Try a Mini Margarita at Mucho Mexicano
To celebrate Australia’s love for the Margarita, iconic French orange liqueur Cointreau has partnered with one of Brisbane’s favourite Mexican Restaurants, Mucho Mexicano to offer Margarita lovers the chance to grab a mini Margarita at an unbelievable price of $7.50, for the entire month of February.
