We’ve been tasting all of the Australian rose cider at our local bottle shop. Here are our thoughts. Coldstream – Rose Cider This rose cider comes from the Yarra Valley, Victoria. The apples are locally grown and cold-pressed to produce a pale pink cider. Bacchus Brewing - Farmhouse Cider The Farmhouse cider is brewed on British and Australian apples and fermented on French oak. Complex multi-dimensional flavours and made in Capalaba.
