Hidden disabilities
If you or someone you are travelling with has a hidden disability, you can request helpful support. The airport assists people with a disability such as autism, dementia, or anxiety. Apply one week before travelling to receive your pack including passenger information, sunflower lanyard, and an accessibility journey planner.
Arrival Times
Arrive early:
- at the domestic terminal for at least 90 minutes prior to departure
- at the international terminal for 3 hours prior to departure
Think about booking your transport or parking in advance.
Did you know around 75 per cent of all Queensland’s international arrivals fly into Brisbane Airport, with many travelling on to places such as the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Bundaberg, the Whitsundays, and Cairns?
Parking at Brisbane Airport
When travelling, we like to leave our car at the airport and save money by booking online.
- Book airport parking: https://parking.bne.com.au/
- Select your terminal: domestic or international
- Then you can choose how much you’d like to pay depending on where you park
We recommend ParkLong parking so you can walk to the terminal in 5 minutes and where the majority of spaces are undercover. You might like to consider valet-style parking or guaranteed undercover depending on your budget.
Otherwise, you can arrange to be dropped off and picked up at the pick up waiting areas.

“We remind the travelling public to please plan ahead and allow plenty of extra time to get to, and through, the airport, and to be courteous and respectful to each other, and to airport staff who will be doing their very best to get passengers up and away on time.”
