Rimmel London’s has released a new Brow This Way Fibre Pencil with nylon fibres. These small fibres are designed to plump up your brows.
This will turn your skinny and sparse brows to natural looking full ones.
The pencil comes in three highly-pigmented colours light, medium and dark. It has a creamy formula.
I tried out the dark brown one and it worked well. The brow pencil is easy to use and the tip allows you to draw a precise line. lasted all day and as a bonus was smudge proof.
