Banana Espresso Coffee Thickshake Recipe

This easy recipe from The Nourished Chef is super healthy and is vegan, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free. The frozen cauliflower gives it a surprisingly creamy taste without using dairy.

Banana Espresso Coffee Thickshake Recipe

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 Banana (frozen + chopped into chunks) 
  • 1 ½ Cup Frozen Cauliflower 
  • 1 ½ Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 ½ Tbsp Nut Butter (of choice)
  • ¾ Cup Califia Farms Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 Cup Califia Farms XX Espresso Cold Brew with Almond Milk
  • ¼ Cup Rolled Oats 

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth. Add a splash of almond milk until you reach desired consistency. Serve immediately. Enjoy! 

Cook’s Tip: To make this recipe 100% gluten-free, ensure you’re using gluten-free certified oats.
