Bombay Sapphire Gin Refashioned Recipe

Ingredients:

60ml Bombay Sapphire
15ml Spiced Pear Syrup 2:1
3 Dashes Whisky Barrel Bitters
3 Dashes Orange Bitters

Method:

1. Stir all ingredients in a cocktail glass.
2. Strain into an old-fashioned glass with block ice.
3. Garnish with candied pear.
