We have started tasting some of the Australian berry sours at our local bottlos. Here are our thoughts.
Brouhaha Brewery – Strawberry and Rhubarb Sour
Brouhaha Brewery has made a strawberry and rhubarb sour. It is made using Maleny Dairies natural yogurt for the souring culture. Then locally grown strawberries and rhubarb are added during the secondary fermentation. This results in a light pink colour. Dry finish with strong berry flavours. Made in Maleny. 4.2% ALV.
