Nostimos Restaurant have released a new menu created by Alex Xinis, Head Chef in Residence.
Some of the new dishes include:
- Feta Bouyiourdi, spicy baked feta, peppers, onion, tomato
- Arni, half or whole shoulder lamb
- Htapodi, ocotopus cooked in wine
- Xifias, grilled swordfish, ladolemono
- Traditional Spanakopita – baked fresh by our very own Greek Yiayia’s with greens, cheese, house made pastry
- Loukoumades (honey puffs) traditional and snickers
Enjoy lunch with a Greek Banquets starting at $30 per person. You can share your meal with the traditional option of $65 per person or the celebration at $80 per person.
“I’ve always loved getting incredibly creative with food. And now I feel I’ve come full circle – away from overcomplicating food – like grinding a tomato into a powder,” Xinis said.
“Because when you have the most perfectly ripe, locally grown tomato – paired with the most delicious grilled halloumi, olive oil and a glass of Assyrtiko – the taste and experience is far more captivating – especially when it’s shared with loved ones, a light-filled beautiful modern setting, and a service and energy that’s warm, meaningful and you can’t wait to experience over and over.
