You can use Niyam Wellness fortifying hair oil to promote strong, shiny and soft hair.

The packet promises to smell like an exotic vacation to a tropical paradise. It’s a beautiful smell that makes it tempting to use every day.

It’s a unique all-in-one treatment that you can use to tame frizz and flyaway hair. Just use 2 to 3 drops onto wet or dry hair, avoiding the roots.

To use as a deep conditioning treatment, apply the hair oil from your roots to the tip. Massage generously into the scalp. Then leave the treatment on for 30 minutes to overnight. Just rinse with shampoo to remove the excess. This works best once a week.

Founders Noopur Bakshi and Minal Singhal, both proud Indian-Australians dedicated to marrying the cultures and knowledge of the East and West.

“Respecting tradition is integral to our lives and brand philosophy,” says Singhal. “While we are pioneering blending native Australian botanicals with Ayurvedic herbs, we also see ourselves as custodians of these ancient self-care practices—something we believe everybody can benefit from—especially now.”

This deep commitment to traditional Indian medicine extends through the entire Niyam Wellness range, providing not just beautiful products but also an entry path for the uninitiated to the ancient yogic philosophy of ‘Niyamas’ (a set of good habits and behaviours that lead to spiritual enlightenment).

“In our culture, the Ayurvedic concept of ‘wellness’ has always been holistic, natural, seasonal, proactive and habitual. Meaning, it’s a part of everyday life,” says Bakshi.

“We have an extensive repertoire of wellness recipes and home remedies that have been passed through the generations and with Niyam Wellness we are bringing together natural, high-performance, results-driven products, while also providing a pathway for people to experience the benefits of simple beauty rituals that also serve to nourish the soul.”

Suitable for all hair types.

The hair oil is cruelty-free, vegetarian, gluten-free, and non-toxic. No parabens, PEGs, silicones, sulfates (SLS/SLES), GMOs, mineral oils, petrolatum, synthetic colours or fragrances.

Ingredients: Onion Seed Oil, Blackseed Oil, Jojoba Oil, Almond Oil, Argan Oil, Castor Oil, Virgin Coconut Oil, Rosehip Oil, Onion Extract, Macadamia Nut Oil, Bhringraj Extract, Brahmi Oil, Jasmine Oil, Peppermint Oil.

Niyam Wellness stocks detangling hairbrushes, strong roots shampoo and conditioner, and a bundle with all of the products.
