Aviation American Gin is a super smooth spirit stemming from Portland, Oregon. Hollywood actor and producer, Ryan Reynolds was so impressed by the smooth and delicious spirit, he decided to take an ownership stake in the company.

Crafted in small batches with the utmost care, Aviation Gin is distilled using a proprietary maceration recipe of 8 distinct botanicals, to create a medley of soft flavour. Cardamom, coriander, French lavender, anise seed, sarsaparilla juniper, and two variations of orange peel are suspended in a pure, neutral grain spirit for 18 hours before the distillation process begins. Aviation Gin is hand-packed into all boxes before being distributed to thirsty folk on an international scale.

“It’s no secret that I love Aviation Gin. I’ve tried every gin on the planet and it is, hands down, the best. Also, I don’t recommend trying every gin on the planet, just stick with this one”, says Ryan Reynolds, owner of Aviation Gin.

“Aviation Gin was the first ‘Western Style’ gin in the world which recognised modern palates have changed; putting Juniper on the back end of the flavour profile, moving the citrus-forward, and incorporating lesser-used botanicals (at the time) of Indian Sarsaparilla and Lavender. We’ve created a really versatile gin that sits perfectly within cocktails, but can also be enjoyed on the rocks”, says Travis Tober, Director of Education and Advocacy at Aviation Gin.
