The historic Landsborough Pub is located on the main street in the beautiful Sunshine Coast hinterlands.
The menu is extensive with premium steaks and seafood, so you are sure to find something you’ll like. I enjoyed my roast of the day while my dining partner tucked in to his generous serving of American pork ribs (house speciality with coca cola plum sauce) and chips.
The hotel was originally built in 1888 at the corner of the Gympie and Maleny roads and stood there for many years. It has a number of owners from Stephens, John McCallum and then Henry Dyer who came to Mellum Creek. The hotel served food to the passengers of the Cobb and Co. and gold diggers from Gympie. It used to be known as the Mellum Club until the railway was build and the official address became Landsborough.
The pub has a laid-back atmosphere serving lunch and dinner 7 days a week.
There are regular specials, events and trivia nights.
