Ghostbusters Afterlife follows a single mum and her two kids starting over in a small town.

The grandfather left them his neglected farmhouse in the will and not much else, so there’s a little resentment with the broke mother. As they start to meet new people in the small town, they discover that pops had a bad reputation.

However, the kids enjoy exploring the shed and repairing the old car. Peculiar things start happening. Something supernatural is nesting in an old mineshaft.

If you enjoyed the original Ghostbusters, you’ll love the authentic references and this solid sequel with strong leads. The cameos at the end were a super sweet touch.

Ghostbusters Afterlife is simply awesome. Fasten your seatbelt for a bumpy ghost ride.

Rating: 5 out of 5.

About Ghostbusters Afterlife

GHOSTBUSTERS: AFTERLIFE: From director Jason Reitman and producer Ivan Reitman, comes the next chapter in the original Ghostbusters universe. In Ghostbusters: Afterlife, when a single mum and her two kids arrive in a small town, they begin to discover their connection to the original ghostbusters and the secret legacy their grandfather left behind.

Please note, if you are bringing children, I would suggest 8+ years.
