After a long day, I love to relax in the bath so I was keen to try the floral milk bath from Caim & Able. The single sample actually provides two baths, so I tipped in half the container to my filled bath tub. The water turned a light pink colour (from the Australian clay) and the dried flowers floated on the top. The floral smell was subtle but divine.
The milk bath contains magnesium sulphate which is ideal after exercise or for sore muscles so take your time. Your skin will be softened by the coconut milk.
