6-Week Deep Rest (iRest) Meditation Program
iRest Meditation is a research-based transformative practice of deep relaxation and meditation. This guided meditation is generally practised lying down or sitting comfortably in a group or individual sessions.
In the sessions, you will be taught how to enter a state of meditation and complete relaxation while developing your ability to be comfortable with the full range of emotions that can arise.
