National Aperitif Day is held on the 20th of May and is right around the corner. Pampelle is the world’s first ruby red grapefruit aperitif.

Forbidden Fruit Recipe
Ingredients
1 part Pampelle
1 and 1/2 parts Dry Gin
1 part Ruby Red Grapefruit juice
Method
- Pour ingredients into a shaker over ice.
- Shake then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Serve with a small slice of Ruby Red Grapefruit.
Pampelle Ruby Rose Recipe
Ingredients
1 part Pampelle
3 parts Dry Rosé
1 part Soda Water
Method
- Into a large wine glass add plenty of ice.
- Pour in the measured ingredients and give a slight stir.
- Garnish with a wedge of Ruby Red Grapefruit.
