BrewDog was created by a group of Scottish craft beer trailblazers. The Brisbane venue features a tap room, brewery, restaurant and shop. This one will be BrewDog’s 94th bar globally.
You’ll be able to sample some of the craft beer from the 28 taps, including local guest beers from Range Brewing, Currumbin Valley Brewing, Balter, Aether, Brouhaha, Black Hops and more. On the must-try list is the famed BrewDog Headliners (including the industry-shaking Punk IPA). The wine menu features a strong Aussie list.
If you’re interested in something to eat – there’s a classic pub menu of burgers, dogs, buffalo wings, salads and small plates to share. The BrewDog favourites include Korean-style chicken wings, crispy pork cheeks, baby squid calamari and barramundi fritters.
The weekend brunch menu includes chicken and waffles, eggs benny and more.
