Brew Cafe and Wine Bar: Brisbane CBD

2 July 2021 by Lucy Franklin Leave a Comment

big breakfast

Brew is tucked away at the end of Burnett Late in the Brisbane CBD. It’s a cafe with a wine bar hidden to the right-hand side at the bottom of the lane.

The all-day menu is served until 2pm. It contains breakfast favourites like smashed avocado, French toast, big breakfast and zucchini and corn fritters.

We enjoyed our beef brisket burgers, but look out for barramundi and chips, Panzanella salad, pesto fettucine, tacos, and mexi salad bowls. If you just have a snack then you might like to order truffle fries, wings with blue cheese dipping sauce or chicken nuggets.

The specials are on the blackboard, but then there are extra ones depending on the day of the week. There are drink specials every day from 5 pm to 6 pm – the perfect place for popping in after work.

  • Tuesdays are $2 tacos from 5 pm.
  • Wednesday wings 50c from 5 pm
  • Friday Cuervo and vertdita from 5 pm
  • Saturday Kraken rum or classic cocktails from 5 pm

There are plenty of options for anyone who is a vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free.

Brew is available for functions.
