Get together with your Johnnie or Bonnies, and celebrate World Whisky Day annually held on the 16th May.

This year, Johnnie Walker has joined forces with Dan Murphy’s to launch the world’s biggest virtual whisky tasting. The live event will be hosted on Dan Murphy’s Facebook page, to educated and entertain Australian whisky fans.

Johnnie and Lemon Highball Recipe

Ingredients

Johnnie Walker Black Label
Lemon Barley
Soda

Instructions

1. Pour 30mL Johnnie Walker Red or Black Label
2. Add 30mL Lemon Barley Cordial
3. Top with 120mL of soda water
4. Fill a highball glass with lots of ice
5. Garnish with a lemon wedge (Approx. 1 Standard Drink)

Johnnie and Ginger Highball Recipe

Ingredients

Johnnie Walker Black Label
Dry Ginger Ale

Instructions

1. Pour 30mL Johnnie Walker Red or Black Label
2. Top with 150mL Ginger Ale
3. Fill a highball glass with lots of ice
4. Garnish with a lemon wedge (Approx. 1 Standard Drink)

Johnnie and Crisp Apple Highball Recipe

Ingredients

Johnnie Walker Black Label
Apple Kombucha
Apple Juice

Instructions

1. Pour 30mL Johnnie Walker Red or Black Label
2. Add 30mL cloudy apple juice
3. Top with 90mL Remedy Apple Kombucha
4. Fill a highball glass with lots of ice
5. Garnish with a lime or apple wedge (Approx. 1 Standard Drink)

Johnnie and Blood Orange Highball Recipe

Ingredients

Johnnie Walker Black Label
Pimm’s
Agrum Blood Orange 

Instructions

1. Pour 30mL Johnnie Walker Red or Black Label
2. Add 15mL Pimm’s No.1
3. Top with 120mL Schweppes Agrum
4. Fill a highball glass with lots of ice
5. Garnish with an orange wedge (Approx. 1 Standard Drink)
