3 Ways to Jazz Up Your Activewear Look

Gold Coast fitness expert Tammy Hembrow’s has just released some mesh items in her popular clothing range Saski Collection. Here are some ways you can refresh and jazz up your activewear look:

Cover Up in Mesh

I’m so glad mesh is making a comeback – it’s a great way to cover up your cleavage, tattoos or any marks or scars you might want to hide for whatever personal reason. It’s perfect for working out in summer, as mesh will keep you cool. As an added bonus, it’s a lightweight material.

The mesh collection is available in five styles. Think high waist leggings, square neck sports bra, mesh sports bra, mesh tee and short. You’ll only need to decide on the colour: black, white, beige, fuchsia and steel blue.

Back to Black Activewear

A couple of good quality black sportswear items need to be a staple of every women’s wardrobe. I like to own black bike pants, black long leggings and a black sports bra top. I’m lusting after the keyhole crops and cute skirts in the Saski Collection.

Then you can easily add in pops of colour and add to your sports wardrobe piece by piece. Don’t be afraid of having a mismatched top and bottom. No man is going to miss seeing you at the gym or on the beach in neon pink or green.

Add some Activewear Accessories

We love the feminine water bottles and fitness towels by Real Active. Pop on an inspiring faux tattoo to look at while you are riding a bike. You might like to get a bit 80’s inspired with a headband.

Add some killer shoes, fashion-forward sunnies and your favourite jewellery and you’ll be ready to pop down to the shops after your workout. Or pop out for coffee with friends before your workout.

Please leave a comment and tell us what you like to wear to the gym or while you workout:
