When you give up dairy, you might think you’re doomed to eating carob for the rest of your life. Here’s my list of great tasting dairy-free chocolate:
Green and Black’s – 85% dark chocolate is made on organic cocoa mass, organic cocoa butter, cocoa powder, sugar and vanilla extract. Zero dairy. It’s slightly bitter, so you might need to wean yourself on to it, but once you do the other chocolate won’t be as tempting and you’ll tend to eat less of it. https://www.greenandblacks.co.uk/
LEDA Nutrition make a range of dairy free chocolate products in a dedicated gluten free factory. Their rum balls and chocolate mint biscuits are worth trying if you need a sugar hit: http://ledanutrition.com/product-category/indulgent/
Pana Chocolate – organic and trade free chocolate bars that are the da bomb. The ultimate treat chocolate comes in a great range of flavours like orange, rose, chai, mint, sour cherry and vanilla and strawberry and pistachio. It’s so good I usually eat the whole bar in a day. Gifts boxes are also available. The chocolate is made in Melbourne without preservatives and is vegan, gluten free, dairy free and soy free. https://panachocolate.com/
Sweet Williams – one of the longest brands with a huge range of Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Nut Free & Vegan products. They stock bars, spreads and baking chocolate. https://www.sweetwilliam.com.au/
